Practical info
01
Preparation
Coming to practice calls for both practical and inner readiness. The following points help you settle in before the session.
01
Before you come
- Arrive at least 15 minutes early so you can get changed and settle in calmly.
- Please respond to the instructor's messages in good time and let them know whether you will attend. No need to give a reason unless asked.
- If something changes unexpectedly, inform the instructor right away.
- Feel free to bring a notebook and pencil if you'd like to jot down observations.
02
Clothing and hygiene
- Bring clean, intact practice clothes. They should be modest, grey-toned, free of logos and emblems, and suitable for the temperature.
- Wear healthy, neutral-toned socks.
- Take care of personal hygiene and avoid strongly scented products: perfume, fragranced detergent and deodorant.
- Please do not smoke before practice.
03
Eating and drinking
- Have a light snack 1–2 hours beforehand. Avoid heavy or hard-to-digest food during the last two hours before practice.
- Avoid coffee before practice.
- Please bring only a water bottle to practice and leave food and other drinks at home.
- Please do not attend practice under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Avoid using them before and during the session.
04
Attitude and goal

Participation in practice
Taking part in practice means showing responsibility toward yourself and others. The instructor has the right to remove a participant based on their professional judgment when necessary.
- A participant may be removed from practice if their behaviour harms others or themselves.
- A participant may be removed if they ignore the instructor's safety instructions or treat the instructor disrespectfully.
- If a participant's health condition puts them or others at risk, the instructor may ask them to leave the practice.
- Repeated or serious violations of the rules may result in refusal of further cooperation.
- The instructor sees and senses the practice more deeply than the participant, so their professional decision is final.
