Background

What is telekinesis?

Telekinesis is a phenomenon in which a person influences a physical object from a distance, without direct physical contact.

In the context of biosensory psychology, we treat it as a practice of attention, self-regulation, and sensitivity.

Approach

We approach it as a process of inquiry, in which what matters is inner state, the quality of attention, body awareness, and the ability to notice subtle changes.

Telekinesis is work with one's own soul. A connection with the person within yourself. The state of telekinesis brings you closer to yourself. It is the state of love. A touch of the soul.

Telekinesis helps influence the matter around us, because it is able to move physical matter.

Attention

In telekinesis practice we learn to direct attention calmly, precisely, and steadily.

Perception

Practice helps us notice subtle changes in the body, breath, and inner state more deeply.

Inquiry

We approach the phenomenon openly and practically through experience, observation, and sharing.
